摘要
为了解核桃树使用多效唑后核桃仁中的残留量,评估多效唑在核桃园中使用的安全性,于2019年分别以普通核桃品种‘香玲’和‘元丰’为试材,使用不同剂量(0.8~1.6 g·m^-2)、不同浓度(1000~2000mg·L^-1)多效唑进行土壤施入或叶面喷施,利用气相色谱-质谱法(GB 23200.8-2016)对多效唑在核桃仁中的最终残留量进行测定。结果表明,叶面喷施和土施处理的残留量均小于0.5 mg·kg^-1,其中大部分土施处理的残留量低于0.01 mg·kg^-1,叶面喷施处理的残留量低于0.02 mg·kg^-1。我国目前还没有核桃仁多效唑残留限量标准,若以最大残留量≤0.5 mg·kg^-1(我国现行花生仁残留限量标准)为标准,土壤施入多效唑0.8~1.6 g·m^-2或叶面喷施多效唑浓度不超过2000 mg·L^-1,喷施不多于3次,核桃仁中多效唑残留量不超标。
In order to understand the residue of paclobutrazol in walnut kernels and evaluate the safety of paclobutrazol on walnut,two walnut cultivars‘Xiangling’and‘Yuanfeng’were used as materials,and different dosages(0.8~1.6 g·m^-2)and concentrations(1000~2000 mg·L^-1)of paclobutrazol were set for soil application and foliar spraying in 2019.The residue of paclobutrazol in walnut kernels was determined by GC-MS.The results showed that the residual amount of foliar and soil application was less than 0.5 mg·kg^-1,and most of the soil and foliar treatments were less than 0.01 and 0.02 mg·kg^-1 respectively.There is not the residue limit standard for paclobutrazol in walnut currently in China.If using the maximum residue limit≤0.5 mg·kg^-1(the current standard of peanut residue in China)as standard,the residual amount of paclobutrazol in walnut kernels did not exceed the standard when soil application at 0.8~1.6 g·m^-2 or foliar application at most 2000 mg·L^-1 for no more than 3 times in open field condition.
