基于无人机的空天地海一体化海洋大数据平台研究 被引量:4

摘要 我国海洋面积广大、海岸线绵长、海洋资源十分丰富。无人机作为海洋探测的高科技手段,为航天科技服务于海洋事业发展带来了新机遇。无人机凭借其灵活机动、时效性高、成本低、风险低以及覆盖面广等特点,可以作为星载、船载、有人机等的重要补充,为实现构建智慧海洋提供了有力保障。基于无人机的空天地海一体化海洋大数据平台为一种层次架构,自上而下包括应用层、服务层、感知层和资源层。资源层为大数据平台提供了多元化的软件、硬件及资源,感知层为大数据平台提供了全面化的接入手段,服务层为大数据平台提供了精准化的数据服务,应用层能够“动、快、灵、准、全、智”地为不同部门及用户提供应用平台。基于无人机的海洋大数据平台能够实时或准实时获知广阔海洋环境状况、及时有效地监控海洋环境变化与生态恶化情况、全天时全天候提供海洋动力环境监测数据与海洋预报、快速灵活的抵进事故现场并采取应急响应措施,将海洋大数据服务贯穿始终。 China is a country with vast ocean area,long coastline and abundant marine resources.It is worth mentioning that the rapid development of UAV technology has brought new opportunities to the marine application.The UAV system can be used as an important supplement method compared with satellites,ships and helicopters,which could provide a good guarantee the smart ocean with its high reliability,high efficiency and low cost and low risk.The ocean big data platform based on UAV system is a hierarchical architecture including application layer,service layer,access layer and resource layer from top to bottom.Every layer has its responsibility and they cooperate with each other to provide the big data service and application throughout.The application layer can provide different applications for different users fastly,precisely,intelligently and comprehensively.Above all,the big data platform based on UAV system can not only provide a variety of data accessing methods,but also provide intelligent services and applications.It will bring new chapters to intelligent monitoring,dynamic prediction,systematic analysis,emergency response and other marine applications with its capacity of all directions service,all time accessing and all business coverage.
