摘要
运用主应力法,推导修正了密封边受力函数,分析了密封边沿顶锤小斜边的受力分布,指出合成腔体内部高压沿密封边方向成指数负相关递减。密封边侧压影响叶蜡石块传压效率、密封性,与顶锤小斜边的角度、密封边的厚度、叶蜡石块及顶锤之间的摩擦系数关系密切。
The main stress method was used to deduce and modify the stress function of the sealing edge,and the stress distribution of the sealing edge along the small inclined edge of the top hammer was analyzed,then it was drew that the high pressure inside the composite cavity decreased exponentially and negatively along the sealing edge.The side pressure of sealing edge had an effect on the pressure transferring efficiency and sealing performance of pyrophyllite,which was closely related to the angle of the small bevel of the top hammer,the thickness of the sealing edge,and the friction coefficient between pyrophyllite and the top hammer.
