摘要
文章针对某开发车辆瞬态急加速工况出现的宽频敲击噪声问题,进行了深入研究与分析,确定敲击噪声来自于发动机正时链系统。在此基础上,通过分析张紧器结构并同步测试振动噪声位移等参数,明确了噪声产生的机理。同时,针对正时链张紧器进油压力、弹簧刚度、进油口尺寸以及泄油阻尼特性进行了参数优化,并提出多种解决措施,最后制作样件进行了实车验证。研究表明,通过优化张紧器进油口尺寸,不仅彻底解决了链系统的敲击噪声问题,还改善了正时链张紧力。
In this paper,a kind of wide-band knock noise in a transient acceleration condi-tion is studied.Through analysis,it is determined that the knocking noise comes from the engine tim-ing chain system.On this basis,through the structural analysis of the tensioner and the synchronous measurement of parameters such as vibration,noise and displacement,the mechanism of the knock noise is clarified.Therefore,the parameters of oil inlet pressure,spring stiffness,oil inlet size,and oil discharge damping characteristics of timing chain tensioner are optimized,and then various solutions are formulated.Finally,by making samples and verifying on the real vehicle,the knock noise of the chain system is completely solved and the tension of the timing chain is also improved by optimizing the size of the oil inlet of the tensioner.
