摘要
采用Moldflow模拟分析软件对直升机航空农药喷洒用三通式喷头连接座进行了模流分析,研究了充填时间、锁模力、注射压力等工艺参数的设置及优化,并分析指出塑件在注塑过程中可能存在的缺陷,比如:气穴、熔接线以及翘曲变形等,从而及时提出修改措施,减少试模、修模的次数,提高了塑件的质量。最后通过试验验证了模流分析的可行性,生产的三通式喷头连接座达到了要求。
Mold flow simulation of three-way sprayer coupler for helicopter aeronautical pesticide spraying was analyzed by using Moldflow analysis software.The setting and optimization of process parameters,such as,filling time,clamping force and injection pressure were studied.The possible defects in the injection process,such as,cavitation,weld line and warping deformation were analyzed and pointed out.Therefore,the modification measures were put forward in time to reduce the times of mold testing and repairing,and improve the quality of plastic parts.Finally,the feasibility of the mold flow analysis was verified by experiments,and the three-way sprayer coupler was satisfied with the production requirements.
