摘要
采用同向平行双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出制备了聚氯乙烯接枝马来酸酐(PVC-g-MAH)共聚物,通过正交实验考察了单体马来酸酐(MAH)用量、引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)用量、稳定剂用量以及氧化镁(MgO)用量对接枝率的影响,同时对聚合物的力学性能和耐热性进行了测试分析。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析表明MAH成功接枝到PVC上;四种因素对接枝率的影响主次顺序是:MgO>稳定剂>MAH>DCP;熔融接枝聚合反应的最佳配方为:MAH用量为7.5 phr、DCP用量为0.2phr、稳定剂用量为4.0 phr、M gO用量为7 phr;PVC-g-M AH共聚物的弯曲强度和冲击强度得到提升;维卡软化温度、热失重(TG)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析表明PVC-g-MAH接枝物的热稳定性优于PVC。
Polyvinyl chloride-graft-maleic anhydride(PVC-g-MAH) copolymer was prepared by melting extrusion of co-parallel twin-screw extruder,the effects of the amount of monomer MAH,the amount of initiator dicumyl peroxide(DCP),stabilizer and magnesium oxide(MgO) on the grafting rate were investigated by orthogonal experiment,and the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the polymer were tested and analyzed.FTIR analysis shows that MAH is successfully grafted onto PVC.The order of influence of the four factors on the grafting rate is MgO>stabilizer>MAH>DCP.The optimum formula for melt graft polymerization are as below:MAH dosage 7.5 phr,DCP dosage 0.2 phr,stabilizer dosage 4.0 phr,MgO dosage 7 phr.The flexural strength and impact strength of the PVC-g-MAH copolymer are improved.By vicat softening temperature(VST),thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) analysis,the thermal stability of PVC-g-MAH is better than that of PVC.
