摘要
目的观察PBL教学法用于血液透析护理带教中的效果。方法选取2016年1月-2019年5月来本院血液透析室实习的82名护生为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,各41例,观察组采用PBL教学法,对照组采用一对一临床带教方法。对比两组护生的教学效果。结果观察组的理论知识成绩和技能操作成绩明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的基础知识掌握程度提高、自主学习能力加强、学习负担降低、学习兴趣提高、问题解决能力加强、表达能力提高情况均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 PBL教学法用于血液透析护理带教中具有好的效果,可以促进护生理论知识和实践操作能力的提高。
Objective To observe the effect of PBL teaching method in teaching hemodialysis nursing. Methods 82 nursing students who had internship in the hemodialysis room of our hospital from January 2016 to May 2019 were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 41 cases in each group. The observation group adopted PBL teaching method, and the control group adopted one-to-one clinical teaching method. To compare the teaching effect between the two groups. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and skill operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group in basic knowledge mastery, autonomous learning ability, learning burden reduction, learning interest enhancement, problem solving ability enhancement and expression ability enhancement(P < 0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching method has a good effect in the teaching of hemodialysis nursing, which can promote the improvement of nursing students’theoretical knowledge and practical ability, and is worthy of promotion and application.
