摘要
以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)相较于传统教学,更加注重学生的能力培养,通过学员的自主探究和合作来解决问题。本研究总结了上海市浦东新区人民医院药剂科3年以来应用PBL教学法对社区临床药师开展临床药学培训的实践,通过一例临床药师参与会诊的教学案例,带教老师精心设置了学习问题,巩固了PBL教学法的教学流程,也培养了学员自主学习的能力,在培养创新性思维方法,提高学员发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的综合能力,也提升社区临床药师的教学质量。经过教学实践研究,PBL教学法优于传统教学,在社区临床药师培训中效果良好。
Compared with traditional teaching, the problem-oriented teaching method(PBL) pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ ability and solves problems through students’ independent inquiry and cooperation. This study summarizes the Shanghai pudong new area people’s hospital pharmacy department for three years since the application of PBL teaching method to the community training of clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmacy practice, through the example of the teaching case study of clinical pharmacists to participate in the consultation, teaching teacher carefully set the learning problems, strengthened the PBL teaching method in the teaching process, also cultivate the students’ ability of autonomous learning, in the cultivation of innovative thinking method, to enhance the students found the problem, comprehensive ability to analyze and solve problems, and improve the quality of teaching of community clinical pharmacists. Through teaching practice research, PBL teaching method is superior to traditional teaching and has a good effect in community clinical pharmacist training.
