在神经内科规范化培训中应用PBL教学的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)在本医学院校神经内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法将2017年7月-2018年6月在神经内科轮转的规范化培训住院医师随机分为PBL教学组和传统带教组,采用调查问卷的方法和资料分析方法对对两组培训效果进行比较。结果PBL带教组的出科考试成绩明显高于传统带教组;PBL带教组的教学满意度明显高于传统带教组。结论与传统教学法相比,PBL教学法使学生对神经内科的知识掌握和运用能力得到大幅提升。学生对PBL教学模式的评价结果好于传统教学法。本研究表明逐步扩大PBL教学法在住院医师规范化培训中的使用范围能培养出更多的高素质医学人才。 Objective To analyze the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)in the standardized training of resident in neurology in Harbin Medical University.Methods Students of the standardized resident training in neurology rotation from July 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into PBL teaching group and traditional teaching group.The training effects of the two groups were analysed by questionnaire method and data analysis method.Results The exam scores of the PBL teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group,and the teaching satisfaction of the PBL teaching group was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group.Conclusion Comparing with the traditional teaching method,PBL teaching method greatly improved students’ability of knowledge learning in neurology.The results of students’satisfaction evaluation of PBL teaching was better than that of traditional teaching.This study showed that expanding the application of PBL teaching method in standardized resident training could cultivate more high-quality medical talents.
