摘要
基于煤炭全自动制样系统在我国火电企业的普遍应用及煤炭制样环节对煤炭品质分析的重要性,剖析了煤炭传统制样存在着漏煤现象、破碎机磨损、烘干装置问题、故障率高、制样效率低等缺点,阐述了煤炭全自动制样系统的主要工艺流程及其在实际工作中的优点,并着重从样品代表性、设备关键性能、设备使用故障率、制样效率和设备管理方面分析了现有的全自动制样系统在火电企业使用中面临的现状和存在的问题。根据目前火电企业煤炭制样环节的管理现状,提出了加强设备性能监测、提高设备检修能力和健全设备管理体系等解决措施,以提高煤炭全自动制样系统的使用寿命及其稳定高效运行。
Based on the universal application of coal automatic sample preparation system in thermal power enterprises and the importance of coal sample preparation to coal quality analysis,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of coal traditional sample preparation like coal leakage,crusher wear,drying device problems,high failure rate and low sample preparation efficiency,demonstrated the main process of coal automatic sample preparation system and the advantages in practical work,meanwhile,the current situation and existing problems of the automatic sample preparation system in thermal power enterprises such as sample representativeness,key performance of equipment,failure rate in the use of equipment,sample preparation efficiency and equipment management were analyzed.According to the current management status of coal sample preparation in thermal power enterprises,solutions such as strengthening equipment performance monitoring,improving equipment maintenance ability and perfecting the equipment management system were proposed to improve the service life,stable and efficient operation of the automatic coal sample preparation system.
