盾构高压输水隧洞新型半埋式钢管复合衬砌结构研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前高内水压力的输水盾构隧洞基本是采用分离式双层衬砌结构,是当前最安全的结构模式,但不一定是最合理的。该文提出了一套盾构输水隧洞新型半埋式钢管复合衬砌结构,该种衬砌结构为:盾构管片外衬、钢管内衬、内外衬间不全部填充自密实混凝土及软垫层设置于内衬钢管外表面。基于新型半埋式钢管复合衬砌结构,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,分析了不同自密实混凝土填充程度,不同软垫位置等条件下,钢管内衬应力,填充自密实混凝土应力及外衬盾构管片的变形。根据计算结果,新型半埋式钢管复合衬砌结构,可以有效控制盾构外衬的变形及自密实混凝土的应力。同时,半埋式钢管复合衬砌受力明确,且有利于隧洞排水,可为高压输水隧洞结构设计提供参考。 At present,the water tunnel with high internal water pressure basically adopts a separate double-layer lining structure,which is the safest structural mode,but it is not necessarily the most reasonable. This paper proposes a new type of semi-buried steel pipe composite lining structure for shield water. The lining structure includes: shield lining,steel pipe lining,soft cushion and self-compacting concrete with different filling degree between inner and outer lining. Based on the new semi-buried steel tubular composite lining structure,the ABAQUS was used to analyze the steel pipe lining stress,the compact concrete stress and the deformation of the outer lining shield segment. According to the calculation results,the semi-buried steel pipe composite lining structure can effectively control the radial deformation of the shield lining and the tensile stress of the selfcompacting concrete. At the same time,the semi-buried steel pipe composite lining is clearly stressed and beneficial to tunnel drainage,which can provide a feasible direction for the design of high-pressure water transfer tunnel structure.
