摘要
转向架构架作为铁路客车的重要承载部件,其质量直接关系到铁路行车安全。介绍了转向架构架横梁、侧梁、构架的组焊工艺,针对各工序间累计公差传递问题,提出横梁、侧梁、构架组焊工艺基准的优化方案,该优化方案可有效降低由制造误差以及人为操作带来的累计公差传递,进而达到提升构架尺寸精度的目的。
As an important load-bearing component of railway passenger vehicle,bogie frame impacts directly on the railway operation safety with its quality.The assembling and welding process of bogie frame beam,side beam,frame were introduced.An optimization scheme of the assembling and welding process positioning base targeting the accumulated tolerance propagation problem along each procedure was proposed.The optimization scheme can effectively lower the manufacture error and accumulated tolerance propagation caused by human factor,so that the goal of improving frame dimension accuracy can be obtained.
