新疆油田压裂返排液处理技术 被引量:7

摘要 目前"水平井+体积压裂"已经成为新疆油田公司增储上产的主要开发模式,随着该开发模式的广泛应用,压裂返排液的处理成为亟待解决的问题。为了提高压裂返排液中胍胶和无机盐等有效成分的利用率,同时降低采油厂处理站的处理难度,从复配压裂液和回注油层两个方面进行考虑,分别采用"除油-沉降-杀菌"处理工艺和"氧化破胶-混凝沉降-过滤"处理工艺对压裂返排液进行处理。通过检测两种工艺处理后的水质,证明两种工艺处理后的压裂返排液能够满足SY/T 6376-2008 《压裂液通用技术条件》、Q/SY 02012-2016 《压裂酸化返排液处理技术规范》、Q/SY 0030-2015《油田注入水分级水质指标》,从而实现了新疆油田压裂返排液的有效循环利用,降低了企业的用水成本。 At present, horizontal well and volume fracturing have become the main development mode of increasing reserves in Xinjiang Oilfield. With the widespread applications of the development mode,the treatment of fracturing flow-back fluid becomes an urgent problem. In order to improve the use ratio of guanidine gum,inorganic salts and other effective constituents in fracturing flow-back fluid and reduce the treatment difficulty for the treatment station of oil production plant,it is considered from the two aspects of compound fracturing fluid and oilfield reinjection. The treatment processes of "deoiling-sedimentation-sterilization" and "oxidation and gel breaking-coagulating and sedimentationfiltration" are adopted respectively to deal with fracturing flow-back fluid. Through detecting the water quality treated by the two processes,it is proved that the fracturing flow-back fluid treated by two processes can satisfy General Technical Conditions for Fracturing Fluids(SY/T 6376-2008), Technical Specification for Treatment of Fracturing Acid Flow-back Fluid(Q/SY 02012-2016) and Water Injection and Water Quality Index of Oilfield(Q/SY 0030-2015),thus realizing the cyclic utilization of fracturing flow-back fluid in Xinjiang Oilfield and lowering the cost of water for companies.
