摘要 大庆油田工业厂房标准化设计程度高,设计重复性内容较多,各专业配合复杂,这些特性为BIM技术在大庆油田工业厂房的应用提供了极大的可能性,此外,油田站场厂房的数字化设计也是未来数字化站场交付的需求。应用Autodesk Revit软件建立了大庆油田某工业厂房的建筑信息模型,通过BIM技术的参数化建模,可以实现门式刚架、墙板、屋面板的精确建模。与传统二维设计相比,BIM技术可以形成整体化、可视化、信息化的三维模型,大大提高了设计质量。目前大庆油田站场工艺设计已实现PDMS三维化设计,油、气、水等工艺专业管线碰撞检查需在PDMS环境下进行,BIM技术可以使厂房更准确地参与PDMS环境下的碰撞检查,减少错误的产生。 In Daqing Oilfield,the industrial plant standardization design degree is high,and the cooperation among different specialties is complicated. These characteristics provide great application prospects for BIM technology in industrial plants of Daqing Oilfield. In addition,the digital design of oilfield station rooms is also the demand of future digital station delivery. Software Autodesk Revit is used to establish the building information model of an industrial plant in Daqing. Based on the parametric modelling of BIM technology,portal frames,wall claddings,roof claddings could be modelled accurately. Compared with traditional 2 D design,BIM technology can form the 3 D model of integration,visualization and information,which greatly improves the quality of design. At present,the 3 D design of PDMS has been realized in the process design of Daqing Oilfield station,and the pipeline collision inspection for oil,gas,water and other process specialties shall be conducted in the PDMS environment. BIM technology can make the plant more accurately participate in the collision inspection in the PDMS environment and reduce the generation of errors.
