摘要
基于2006—2016年中原城市群5省30个城市的统计数据,利用城市扩张相关指数、空间相关性检验等方法研究中原城市群城市建设用地扩张的时空特征,并运用灰色关联分析法分析其驱动因素。结果表明:中原城市群城市用地扩张阶段性、波动性明显,两阶段年均扩张速率分别为6.94%、5.04%;经历了从前期快速扩张到后期平稳扩张的过渡;空间上,经历了由“跳跃式离散扩张”到“阶梯圈层式扩张”的过程,城市用地增长呈现较弱离散现象,区域发展之间存在一定“虹吸效应”;城市用地基尼系数缓慢上升,各城市建设用地分布较均衡;城市扩张弹性系数显著上升,绝大部分城市的扩张弹性系数远超合理值,土地利用效率较低;经济增长、外商投资是重要驱动因素。
Based on the statistical data of 30 cities in 5 provinces of the central plains urban agglomeration from 2006 to 2016,the paper use the urban expansion related index and methods of spatial correlation test to analyze the spatial and temporal characteristics of urban construction land expansion in central plains city cluster,and use gray correlation analysis to analyze its driving factors.The results show that the expansion of urban construction land in central plains city group has obvious characteristics of stages and volatility,and the annual growth rate in the two stages is 6.94%and 5.04%respectively.It went from a rapid expansion in the early period to a smooth expansion in the later period.In terms of spatial expands,it has experienced the process from"discrete expansion by leaps"to"stepped circle expansion".The growth of construction land in various cities shows a weak dispersion phenomenon,and there may be a"siphon effect"between regional development.The Gini coefficient of construction land area is rising slowly and the distribution of construction land in each city is relatively balanced.The elasticity coefficient of urban expansion increased significantly.The elasticity coefficient of urban expansion in most cities far exceeded the reasonable value.Land using is inefficient.Economic growth and foreign invest are important driving factors.
