摘要
目的探讨游离腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣在手足创面修复中的应用及注意事项。方法 2016年12月-2019年6月,应用吻合血管的游离腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣对39例手足部皮肤软组织缺损创面进行修复,并对其解剖基础、操作要点、优缺点及注意事项进行阐述。结果 39例皮瓣全部成活,手足部创面治愈。结论手足部外伤、感染、溃疡、烧伤创面,往往致肌腱、骨等深部组织外露,应用游离腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复手足部中小创面,解剖恒定,切取方便,是彻底治愈的较好方法。
Objective To investigate the application and experience of free peroneal artery perforator flap in hand and foot wound repair. Methods From December 2016 to June 2019, 39 cases of hand or foot skin defects were repaired by free medial sural artery perforator flaps and elaborated its anatomic basis, key points of operation, advantage and disadvantage. Results All the flaps survived and the hand and foot wounds were cured. Conclusion The application of free medial sural artery perforator flap is suitable for repairing small and medium-sized wounds of hands and feet with the advantage of constant anatomy and convenient cutting.
