摘要
目的探讨应用掌侧微创经皮钢板固定术(Mininally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)切口保留旋前方肌锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折临床疗效。方法 2013年8月-2018年10月,采用掌侧MIPPO锁定加压钢板治疗桡骨远端骨折19例。术后观察骨折愈合时间、内固定有无失效、感染及功能恢复等情况。结果 19例随访12~18个月。所有骨折均获得骨性愈合,功能恢复满意,未出现明显并发症。按照Dienst关节功能评价标准进行功能评价,优13例,良5例,可1例,优良率为94.7%。结论掌侧MIPPO切口保留旋前方肌锁定钢板固定桡骨远端骨折具有切口小、损伤轻、操作便捷优点,效果可靠,宜临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of preservation of anterior circumflex muscle locking plate with palmar MIPPO incision in the treatment of distal radius fracture. Methods Nineteen cases of distal radius fracture were treated with palmar MIPPO locking compression plate. The fracture healing time,internal fixation failure, infection and functional recovery were observed. Results The follow-up time of19 cases was 12 to 18 months. All fractures healed, functional recovery was satisfactory, and no obvious complications occurred. According to the evaluation standard of Dienst joint function, 13 cases were excellent, 5 cases were good and 1 case was fair. The excellent and good rate was 94.7%. Conclusion The palmar MIPPO incision and locking plate with preservation of anterior circumflex muscle, has the advantages of small incision, light damage, convenient operation and reliable effect, and is suitable for popularization and application.
