摘要
文章梳理了广东省深圳市罗湖区医养融合养老模式的现状,总结了当前罗湖医养融合取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,并以问题为导向,结合我国养老事业发展的最新动态,从政府部门联动、养老队伍建设、社会资金引入和发展安宁疗护4个方面提出展望,以期快速推动医养融合事业的发展。
The article sorts out current status of the situation of integrated treatment and convalesce pension model in Luohu District,Shenzhen,Guangdong Province,summarizes the current achievements of Luohu integrated treatment and convalesce,analyzes the existing problems,and takes the problems as the guidance which combines recent news in the development of China’ s elderly care industry. It proposes prospects from four aspects of government linkage,the construction of old-aged health care teams,the introduction of social funds and peaceful treatment and health care,so as to rapidly promote the development of integrated treatment and convalesce.
