摘要
以1-乙烯基咪唑和2-氯乙酰胺为原料,缚酸剂三乙胺(TEA)为催化剂,合成氯代1-氨甲酰甲基-3-乙烯基咪唑离子液体[CmVIM]Cl,探讨了n(1-乙烯基咪唑)∶n(2-氯乙酰胺)、反应温度、反应时间和TEA用量对[CmVIM]Cl收率的影响。结果表明,最佳合成工艺条件为:n(1-乙烯基咪唑)∶n(2-氯乙酰胺)=1∶1.2,反应温度85℃,反应时间13 h,n(2-氯乙酰胺)∶n(TEA)=1∶0.5,收率达85.8%。产物具有良好的热稳定性,初始分解温度为218.3℃。
1-(Carbamoymethyl)-3-vinyl imidazolium chloride ionic liquid[CmVIM]Cl was synthesized using 1-vinylimidazole and 2-chloroacetamide under the catalysis of the acid-binding agent triethylamine(TEA).The influence of n(1-vinylimidazole)∶n(2-chloroacetamide),reaction temperature,reaction time and TEA dosage on[CmVIM]Cl yield was investigated.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were:n(1-vinylimidazole)∶n(2-chloroacetamide)=1∶1.2,reaction temperature was 85℃,reaction time was 13 h,n(2-chloroacetamide)∶n(triethylamine)=1∶0.5,and the yield was 85.8%.The product has good thermal stability and the initial decompostition temperature was 218.3℃.
