摘要
为了解秦皇岛主要海产品副溶血弧菌污染状况及其毒力特征,依据国家标准GB 4789.7—2013检测方法,并适当改进,分别在春、夏、秋、冬季节,对秦皇岛沿海主要鱼类、虾类、蟹类、贝类进行了副溶血性弧菌的检验。采用PCR方法对分离的副溶血性弧菌进行了tdh,trh,tlh毒力基因检测。结果显示,秦皇岛沿海主要海产品副溶血性弧菌污染相对较轻,其总检出率为10.07%。污染主要发生在夏秋两季,污染品种夏季主要为鱼类和少量贝类,秋季主要为虾蟹类和贝类。4个采样点中,副溶血性弧菌的检出率由高到低依次为:秦皇岛的海港区,昌黎县,北戴河区,山海关区。检出的15株副溶血弧菌均携带tdh和tlh毒力基因,说明秦皇岛沿海主要海产品携带的副溶血性弧菌毒性较强,具有潜在的感染风险。
The study was carried out to understand the pollution status and virulence characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in main seafood of Qinhuangdao.According to the national standard detection method GB 4789.7—2013 and its modification,Vibrio parahaemolyticus of main fishes,shrimps,crabs and shellfish was detected in spring,summer,autumn and winter,respectively.Virulence genes including tdh,trh and tlh of those Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from the main seafood were detected by PCR.The results showed that there was relatively slight pollution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in main seafood of Qinhuangdao,and its total detection rate was 10.07%.Pollution mainly occurred in summer and autumn.In summer,fish and a small amount of shellfish were the main polluted species,while in autumn,shrimp,crab and shellfish are the main polluted species.Among the four sampling sites,the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was as follows in the descending order:Haigang District Changli County,Beidaihe District,Shanhaiguan District of Qinhuangdao.All the 15 separated strains carried tdh and tlh virulence genes,which indicated that the Vibrio parahaemolyticus carried by the main seafood of Qinhuangdao was highly toxic and had potential risk of infection.
