基于SolidWorks的链传动装置参数化建模与运动仿真 被引量:1

摘要 运用SolidWorks软件对标准化滚子链链轮完成参数化建模,实现在方程式中改变齿数、节距及最大滚子直径等基本尺寸参数即可完成链轮建模的目的,大大提高链轮建模效率。根据链轮参数选取链条链号建立链节的三维模型,采用链阵列配合关系实现链条装置的快速建模,并依据链传动装置零件间关系完成链传动装置的装配建模。利用SolidWorks Motion模块实现了链传动装置的运动仿真,为进一步对链传动的运动特性和力学特性分析提供有益的参考。 Complete the parametric modeling of the standardized roller chain sprocket by using SolidWorks software,the sprocket modeling can be completed by changing the basic size parameters such as the number of teeth,pitch and the maximum roller diameter in the equation,which greatly improves the sprocket modeling efficiency.According to the sprocket parameters,the chain number is selected to build a 3D model of the chain link;the fast modeling of the chain device is realized by using the chain array matching relation.Finally,the assembly modeling of the chain drive is completed according to the relationship between the parts of the chain drive,and the motion simulation of the chain drive is realized with the SolidWorks motion module,which provides a favorable reference for further analysis of the motion characteristics and mechanical characteristics of the chain drive.
