摘要
以电液伺服变量泵的变量机构为研究对象,针对跟踪阶跃信号时系统容易产生超调的问题,提出了一种非线性PI控制方法。建立了电液伺服变量泵的变量机构的非线性模型,设计了一种包含有分段非线性函数和光滑开关函数的非线性组合形式PI控制器。与经典PID控制器相比,仿真和试验结果表明非线性PI控制器在对阶跃信号跟踪时超调量小,过渡时间短,响应速度快,具有更好的控制效果。
Based on the variable displacement mechanism of electro-hydraulic servo variable displacement pump,a non-linear PI control method is proposed to solve the overshoot problem in system when tracking step signal.In this paper,the non-linear model of the variable mechanism for electro-hydraulic servo variable displacement pump is established,and a non-linear PI controller combining piecewise non-linear function and smooth switching function is designed.The simulation and experimental results show that when tracking step signals,the non-linear PI controller proposed in this paper has smaller overshoot,shorter transition time,faster response and better control effect compared with the classical PID controller.
