碳化钨代铬涂层耐磨及电化学腐蚀性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用超音速火焰喷涂和电镀技术在AF1410超高强度钢表面制备WC-10Co-4Cr涂层和Cr镀层,综合评价两种涂镀层的耐磨及电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明:相较于硬Cr层,WC-10Co-4Cr涂层具有优良的耐磨性能,在15N和30N载荷下摩擦磨损30min,WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的摩擦系数曲线较为平稳,且一直低于电镀硬Cr层的摩擦系数,其磨损量仅为硬Cr层磨损量的5%左右,且磨损深度不足0.2μm。电化学腐蚀实验显示WC-10Co-4Cr涂层与硬Cr层的耐蚀性能无明显区别。因此,使用WC-10Co-4Cr涂层替代传统的硬Cr层可大幅度提高零件表面的耐磨性能,且不会降低其耐蚀性能。 The WC-10Co-4Cr and chromium coatings and Cr coatings were prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel spray and electroplate technique on the substrate of AF1410 ultra-high strength steel.The wear resistance and electrochemical corrosion performance of the two coatings were evaluated.The results show that WC-10Co-4Cr coatings have excellent wear resistance performance compared to chromium coatings.After wear test for 30 min under 15N and 30N load,the friction coefficient curve of WC-10Co-4Cr coatings is relatively stable and always lower than that of chromium coatings.The wear weight of WC-10Co-4Cr coatings is only 5%of that of chromium coatings,and the wear depth is less than 0.2μm.Electrochemical corrosion test shows that there is no obvious difference in corrosion resistance of WC-10Co-4Cr and chrome coatings.Therefore,the wear resistance of surface on parts has been greatly improved using WC-10Co-4Cr coatings replacing chromium coating.And the corrosion resistance remains unchanged.
