响应面优化刺五加茶黄酮提取工艺条件的研究

摘要 相关研究表明中药刺五加茶中含有较多功能类化合物,其中黄酮类物质含量较高。本研究通过响应面优化实验对黄酮提取工艺条件进行了优化。通过实验得知:在提取温度为50℃,超声功率为400 W时,当料液比为1:40(g/mL)、提取时间为30 min、乙醇浓度为50%时,刺五加茶中黄酮类物质提取率最高,达到10.37%。我们希望通过我们的研究,为中药提取及现代化应用提供更多建议。 Related research shows that Chinese medicine Acanthopanax senticosus tea contains more functional compounds,among which the content of flavonoids is higher.Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids.The results showed that when the extraction temperature was 50℃,the ultrasonic power was 400 W,the ratio of material to liquid was 1:40(g/mL),the extraction time was 30 min,and the concentration of ethanol was 50%,the extraction rate of flavonoids in Acanthopanax senticosus tea was the highest,reaching 10.37%.It was hope to provide more suggestions for the extraction and modern application of traditional Chinese medicine through our research.
