摘要
采用冷榨、热水萃取和乙醇萃取的方式提取铁皮石斛类原球茎中的活性物质,分析比较了三种提取物的化学组成、抗氧化活性和酪氨酸酶抑制作用。研究表明:与水提物(AqE)和醇提物(AlE)相比,冷榨物(CPS)含有较多的多糖、蛋白和酚类物质,可以有效清除DPPH和羟基自由基,抑制细胞膜的脂质过氧化;此外,CPS可以抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,且呈现出良好的量效关系。
Three extracts were obtained from Dendrobium officinale protocorm-like bodies by cold pressing,hot water extraction and ethanol extraction,respectively,and their chemical composition,antioxidant activity and inhibition activity on tyrosinase were analyzed and compared.The research showed that the cold pressing substance(CPS)contained the more polysaccharides,proteins and phenolic substances as compared with aqueous extract(AqE)and alcohol extract(AlE).CPS could effectively eliminate DPPH and ·OH radical,and inhibit lipid peroxidation of cell membrane.Moreover,CPS could inhibit the activity of tyrosinase with a good dose-effect relationship.
