摘要
推力式链式传动结构具有普通链条的传动功能,同时还具有传递力矩大、支撑稳定、收缩快速、结构紧凑、体积小等特点。针对推力式链式传动结构的特殊使用环境,分析其结构组成及所需具备的技术指标,制定工艺方案及加工方案,通过2组加工方案的对比,找出了影响推力式链式传动结构加工一致性的因素。内/外链板是推力式链式传动结构的主要组成件,属薄壁异形零件,是影响传动质量的关键零件,由于在机械加工过程中易产生变形,直接影响到整体结构的加工一致性。通过摸索薄壁异形零件加工变形的控制方法,解决了薄壁异形零件的加工变形控制问题,提高了推力式链式传动结构的加工一致性。
The thrust chain transmission structure not only had the transmission function of ordinary chain,but also had the characteristics of large transmission distance,stable support,rapid contraction,compact structure,small volume and so on.Aimed at the use environment of thrust type chain drive structure,it was analyzed that its structure composition and technical index,and made process plan and processing plan,through two groups of processing scheme comparison,the factors that affect the consistency of processing were found out.The inner chain plate and the outer chain plate were the main components of thrust chain drive,which belonged to thin-walled and special-shaped parts,and were the key part of transmission quality.It was easy to generate deformation in the machining process,which directly affected the machining consistency of the whole structure.By exploring the study of key technological methods such as technological process,processing parameters and clamping mode,the problem of machining deformation of thin-walled special-shaped parts was solved,which improved the machining consistency of thrust chain drive structure.
