摘要
对成都市龙泉驿区导学讲评式教学跟踪调查6年,基于16位教师64节课堂录像的编码分析及两位教师访谈的分析研究表明:导学讲评式教学的实施情况较好,绝大部分教师的课堂教学方式发生了转变,表现为课堂中学生参与水平明显提高;影响教师导学讲评式教学实施情况的因素包括教师对改革理念的态度和理解、领导的期望、同事的合作、学生情况、考试和教学进度的压力等.课程改革中,要将新课程理念转化为具有较强可操作性的教学指导;要缓解部分教师对新课程实施的消极态度.
Through the analysis of 64 videotaped lessons from 16 middle school mathematics teachers and interviews of two contrast case-teachers, this study examined the level of implementation of the Dao-Jiang-Ping model in LQY district and unfolds factors influencing teachers’ Dao-Jiang-Ping implementation. The results showed that, first, the levels of implementation of the DJP model in LQY district were relatively high;second, factors influencing teachers’ implementation of the DJP model can be categorized into three aspects: individual factors(e.g. attitudes and understandings), social factors(e.g. school culture) and contextual factors(e.g. pressure to cover the content and examination system). Lastly, this study provided suggestions for teachers’ professional development programs in the context of mathematical curriculum reform in China.
