摘要
以科学计量学和可视化分析技术为手段,利用Cite Space软件对Web of Science核心合集数据库中1990~2019年关于土壤硒研究的文献进行知识图谱可视化分析。结果表明:当前国际上关于土壤硒的研究力量主要以中国科学院和美国农业部农业研究服务署为主;形成了以地质学、生物技术与应用微生物学、生命科学和生物医学、地球化学和地球物理学等众多学科领域交叉的研究现状;研究热点和趋势主要聚焦在土壤硒的生物学功能和生物有效性等方面,相应的研究方法多以植物为载体,盆栽实验为手段。
Based on scientometrics and visualization analysis technology,the knowledge map visualization analysis for soil selenium(Se)research literatures from 1990 to 2019 was carried out in the Web of Science core collection database by Cite Space.The results showed that the main international research institutions on soil Se were Chinese Academy of Sciences and Agricultural Research Service Department of the United States Department of Agriculture at present.The current research on soil Se crossed the fields of Geology,Biotechnology and Applied Microbiology,Life Sciences and Biomedicine,Geochemistry and Geophysics and many the other disciplines.The research hotspots and development trends were mainly focused on the biological function and bioavailability of Se in soil.Corresponding research methods mostly used plants as carriers and pot experiments as means.
