龙羊峡水库汛限水位动态控制方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 影响龙羊峡水库汛限水位动态控制方案的主要因子有黄河上游的洪水起涨特点、水库下游河道的安全过流能力、龙刘水库的联合防洪调度方式、入库洪水预报的精度和预见期等几个方面。龙羊峡水库的预泄模式宜采用固定预泄的方式,洪水预报的有效预见期为7 d,预泄判别流量为1 500 m^3/s,预泄流量为2 000 m^3/s,相应的汛限水位动态控制域为2 588~2 590 m,在此区间内水库进行动态调蓄运用,视上游来水预报和水库蓄水情况确定出库流量。水库水位超过2 590 m时,水库按常规防洪运用方式运用;水库水位超过2 594 m时,水库按设计防洪运用方式运用。 The main factors influencing the scheme of dynamic control of the flood control level of Longyangxia Reservoir are the flood rising characteristics of the upper reaches of the Yellow River, the safe flow capacity of the lower reaches of the reservoir, the integrated control regulation mode of the LongyangxiaReservoir and Liujiaxia Reservoir as well as flood forecast accuracy and forecast lead time of the Reservoir. Fixed pre-discharge mode/pattern should be applied for the Longyangxia Reservoir. The effective flood forecast lead time is 7 days, the distinguishing criteria of pre-discharge is 1 500 m^3/s, the pre-discharge flow is 2 000 m^3/s, and the corresponding dynamic control range of the flood control level is 2 588-2 590 m.In this range, dynamic regulation will be commenced according to the reservoir storage and forecasted upstream inflow. When the water level of the reservoir exceeds 2 590 m or 2 594 m,the reservoir is operated according to the normal or designed flood control operation mode.
