摘要
目的:探究用红藤败酱汤加减方治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果.方法:选择2018年9月至2019年5月在涟水县保滩镇卫生院接受治疗的慢性盆腔炎患者35例作为研究对象.以抽签的方式将其分为红藤败酱汤组与西医组.对西医组患者进行常规的西医治疗,对红藤败酱汤组患者采用红藤败酱汤加减方进行治疗.然后对比两组患者治疗的总有效率及治疗后其各项中医证候评分.结果:红藤败酱汤组患者治疗的总有效率〔94.44%(17/18)〕高于西医组患者,P<0.05.红藤败酱汤组患者的下腹胀痛评分〔(2.03±0.48)分〕、乳房胀痛评分〔(2.06±0.23)分〕、肛门坠胀评分〔(2.15±0.14)分〕、腰骶胀痛评分〔(1.89±0.11)分〕、带下量评分〔(1.74±0.12)分〕均低于西医组患者,P<0.05.结论:用红藤败酱汤加减方治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果较好,可显著改善患者的临床症状,促进其康复.
objective:to explore the clinical effect of hongteng shengmaotai decoction plus and minus prescription in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:a total of 35 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who were treated in the health center of baotan town,lianshui county from September 2018 to May 2019 were selected as subjects.It was divided into hongteng abortion sauce soup group and western medicine group by lottery.Patients in the western medicine group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the hongteng maotai soup group were treated with hongteng maotai soup plus or minus prescription.Then,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients and their TCM syndrome scores after treatment were compared.Results:the total effective rate(94.44%(17/18))of hongteng abortion sauce group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).The abdominal distension score(2.03±0.48),breast distension score(2.06±0.23),anal distension score(2.15±0.14),lumbosacral distension score(1.89±0.11)and lower band score(1.74±0.12)in the hongteng shengjiao decoction group were all lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:hongteng shengmai soup plus and minus prescription is effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammation,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote their recovery.
