摘要
新中国成立70年以来,我国成人教育学学科的发展经历了缓慢建设、停滞不前、拨乱反正与重建、改革与初步发展、正式成立与快速发展五个阶段。回顾这段学科建设的历史,可以看出成人教育学学科的逻辑起点得以准确定位、多元化学科基础得以明确丰富、研究方法系统基本建立、学科体系得以建立并实现多样化发展、学科研究队伍与研究力量日益增强。在科学而合理的学科建设与干预下,成人教育学学科在未来应进一步树立"学"的价值取向,加强理论体系的建构与完善;塑造独立的学科话语体系,建构独立的学术空间;推动学科梯队建设,强化学科可持续发展能力;推进本土化与国际化,实现与国际同步发展。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China 70 years ago,the development of the discipline of adult pedagogy in China has gone through five stages:slow construction,stagnation,rectification and reconstruction,reform and initial development,formal establishment and rapid development.Looking back at the history of this discipline,it has obtained the correct starting point of discipline logic.At the same time,the multiple basis of discipline has been clarified,the research method system has been basically established,the discipline system has been established,the discipline research team and force have been strengthened.Under the scientific and appropriate discipline construction and intervention,the development of adult pedagogy will become more and more mature.In the future,the adult pedagogy should strengthen construction and optimization of theoretical system;shape independent descipline language system;boost the staff construction of descipline;promote internationalization and localization.
