摘要
目的评估项目管理在降低手术室感染率中的应用及效果,以提供手术室感染管理的新方法。方法选取2017年12月至2018年9月在我院手术室接受手术的患者729例。将2017年12月至2018年4月纳入的347例患者作为对照组,采用常规手术护理;2018年5月至2018年9月纳入的382例患者作为观察组,采用手术室护理项目管理。比较两组手术室感染情况及患者满意度。结果观察组患者手术室感染3例(0.79%),对照组12例(3.46%)。观察组患者手术室感染率显著低于对照组(p=0.011),患者满意度高于对照组(p=0.001)。结论项目管理可降低手术室感染率,提高患者满意度,值得在医院推广和应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of project management in reducing the infection rate in the operating room,so as to provide a new method for managing infections in the operating room.Method A total of 729 patients accepting surgeries in the hospital from December 2017 to September 2018 were selected.The 347 patients from December 2017 to April 2018 were included in the control group,and routine nursing care for surgeries were adopted.The 382 patients enrolled from May to September 2018 were the observation group,and project management for operating room nursing was adopted.The infection rate and patient satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results There were 3 cases(0.79%)of infection in the observation group,and 12 cases(3.46%)in the control group.The infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p=0.011).The patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p=0.001).Conclusion Project management can significantly reduce the infection rate in the operating room,which is worthy to be popularized and applied in the hospital.
