摘要
为了实现对配电变压器油温的实时在线监测,设计了一种基于CAN总线的在线监测系统。该系统以PT100热电阻为检测装置,以STM32单片机为主控制器,对变压器油温进行采集。STM32单片机一方面通过程序中的数字滤波算法对变压器油的多个点的温度信息进行滤波,另一方面通过CAN总线构成的通信网络将滤波后的数据打包发送给系统监控中心,监控中心采用LabVIEW软件对油温进行显示。同时,为了消除测量中的随机性,提高测量的精度,本文提出了一种数据融合算法,该算法对某一变压器油的各个点的温度信息进行融合,并在Labview软件中调用Matlab程序进行实验。实验结果验证了该算法的有效性。
In order to realize real-time on-line monitoring of oil temperature of distribution transformer,an on-line monitoring system based on CAN bus is designed.The system uses PT100 thermal resistance as the detection device and STM32 single chip microcomputer as the main controller to collect the oil temperature of transformer.On the one hand,the STM32 single chip microcomputer filters the temperature information of many points of transformer oil through the digital filtering algorithm in the program,on the other hand,it sends the filtered data to the system monitoring center through the communication network composed of CAN bus,and the monitoring center displays the oil temperature with LabVIEW software.At the same time,in order to eliminate the randomness of measurement and improve the accuracy of measurement,a data fusion algorithm is proposed in this paper.The algorithm integrates the temperature information of every point of a transformer oil,and calls the Matlab program in LabVIEW software to carry out the experiment.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
