摘要
中心静脉导管(central venous catheter,CVC)被广泛应用于临床,如癌症治疗、诊断监测、肠外营养、血液透析、心脏起搏以及液体、血液制品或药物的给药等~[1-2],它具有操作简单、拔管后静脉可复通、可快速建立输液通道、监测中心静脉压等优点。然而,CVC带来的益处可能会被其引起的深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)及并发症所抵消~[3-4]。
Central venous catheter(CVC)refers to any venous catheter with a distal central vein,which enters the superior vena cava through the subclavian vein,internal jugular vein,external jugular vein,cephalic vein or median vein.Through the femoral vein,the great saphenous vein into the inferior vena cava.Regardless of the route of catheterization,the catheter head must be located in the superior vena cava,inferior vena cava,or right atrium,collectively referred to as a CVC.With the extensive placement of central venous catheters,deep vein thrombosis(DVT)caused by catheterization has become a hot issue.This article reviews the related research on central venous catheterization and deep vein thrombosis.
