摘要
目的观察药学监护对促进糖尿病伴感染患者抗菌药物合理使用的效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,利用pass系统抽取2017年、2018年哈密市第二人民医院内分泌科糖尿病伴感染出院患者各85例,将2017年药学监护前患者设定为对照组,将2018年药学监护后患者设定为试验组。比较2组抗菌药物用药合理率、住院天数、静脉使用抗菌药物天数及人均使用抗菌药物DDD数。结果试验组抗菌药物使用合理率明显高于对照组,不规范医嘱、不适宜医嘱的比例均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组住院天数和静脉使用抗菌药物天数均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组人均消耗抗菌药物DDD数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论药学监护工作可促进抗菌药物的合理使用,提高临床抗菌药物治疗水平,减少医药资源的浪费。
Objective To observe the effect of pharmaceutical care on promoting the rational use of antibiotics in patients with diabetes. Methods A retrospective analysis method was used to extract 85 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus with infection and endocrinology in the Second People′s Hospital of Hami City in 2017 and 2018. The patients before the pharmaceutical care in 2017 were set as the control group, and the patients after the 2018 pharmaceutical care were set as the experimental group. Compared the rational rate of the two groups of antibiotics, the number of hospital stays, the number of days of antibiotics used intravenously, and the number of DDD percapita. Results The reasonable rate of antibiotic used in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The proportion of non-standardized medical advice and unsuitable medical advice were significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01). The number of days of hospitalization and the number of days of intravenous antibiotics in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of DDD between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Pharmaceutical care can promote the rational use of antibacterial drugs, improve the level of clinical antibacterial drugs, and reduce the waste of medical resources.
