摘要
解决基于掘锚一体机的煤矿快速掘进及配套支护问题,研究分析了传统掘锚机在掘进过程中存在的制约因素,通过改进临时前探支护设备、增加底部帮锚杆钻机、定制自动托送网机构,基本克服了传统掘锚机前探支护薄弱、底部支护死角、顶部支护劳动强度大的难题。该机组已经在同忻矿2305巷道掘进中进行了试验和应用,应用效果良好。研究成果可以为类似条件的工作面提供借鉴和参考。
In order to solve the problem of raid excavation and support in coal mine by using excavator-anchor machine, the restricting factors of traditional excavator-anchor machine were analyzed during the excavation. By improving the temporary pre-test support equipment, increasing the bottom bolting drill and customized automatic delivery network mechanism, the problems of weak front support,dead angle of bottom support, and high labor intensity of roof support of traditional excavator were solved. The machine has been applied in 2305 roadway excavation of Tongxin coal mine, and the application effect is good. The research results can provide reference for similar working faces.
