摘要
Ti2CTx是一种新型二维材料,具有良好的力学、热学和电磁性能,在电池电极材料、超级电容器和复合材料等领域都有广阔的应用前景。现阶段制备Ti2CTx的方法主要是采用氢氟酸或者盐酸和氟化盐的混合液来对其前驱体Ti2AlC进行刻蚀,具有一定的危险和环境危害性。本文提供了一种更加安全高效的方法-熔盐法来制备Ti2CTx,使用混合的氟化盐(NaF-KF)在850℃加热条件下与Ti2AlC反应,并通过四丁基氢氧化铵对产物进行插层处理,成功制备出了分层效果良好的少层Ti2CTx。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析产物的物相组成,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测产物的微观结构和形貌,并使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪检测产物的表面官能团种类。
Ti2CTx is a new kind of two-dimensional materials with potential uses in battery electrodes,supercapacitors and composites for its excellent mechanical,thermal and electrical properties.The main methods to date for preparing Ti2CTx use the hydrofluoric acid or a mixture of hydrochloric acid and fluoride salt to etch the Al from its precursor Ti2AlC,which are usually accompanied with some dangers and environmental hazards.In this paper,the molten-salt method,a safer and more efficient method,is proposed to prepare Ti2CTx,using a mixed fluoride salt(Na F-KF)to react with Ti2AlC at 850℃,then the products were intercalated by TBOAH to obtain the Ti2CTx with a good delamination effect.The phase composition,microstructure and morphology of the prepared Ti2CTx were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and the functional groups of the Ti2CTx were examined by fourier transform infrared spectrometer.
