摘要
以高羊茅、高羊茅+黑麦草、狗牙根为研究材料,采用温室栽培的方法,分别用不同浓度Pb^2+[(NO3)2-Pb^2+,0、500、1000、2000 mg·L^-1]、Cd^2+[3CdSO4·8H2O-Cd^2+,0、50、100、200 mg·L^-1]水溶液处理,研究3种草坪草对土壤不同浓度重金属Pb^2+、Cd^2+胁迫的响应及它们对重金属的富集效应。结果表明:3种草坪草叶绿素含量和根系活力随着重金属Pb^2+、Cd^2+胁迫浓度的升高而降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAD)活性随着重金属离子浓度升高而上升。综合各个指标,3种草坪草对Pb^2+胁迫的耐受性由强到弱依次为高羊茅、混合草、狗牙根,对Cd^2+胁迫的耐受性由强到弱依次为混合草、高羊茅、狗牙根。Pb^2+、Cd^2+在3种草坪草中的富集量根部大于叶片,对Pb^2+、Cd^2+的富集效应由大到小依次为高羊茅、混合草、狗牙根。
The responses of turfgrasses to different concentrations of heavy metals were studied in this article.Festuca elata,two species combination of Festuca elata and Lolium perenne,Cynodon dactylon growing in greenhouses were tested with different concentrations of Pb^2+(0,500,1000,2000 mg·L^-1)and Cd^2+(0,50,100,200 mg·L^-1).Although the decreased contents of chloroplast pigments and reduced vitalities of roots were found,the content of MDA,the activities of POD and CAD were obviously raised in both leaves and roots of these three turfgrasses under the increasing stresses of Pb^2+and Cd^2+.The results showed that Festuca elata had the highest ability of tolerance to Pb^2+and the combination of Festuca elataand Lolium perenne had the highest ability to Cd^2+.Cynodon dactylon behaved worst in the stress of both Pb^2+and Cd^2+.This article also revealed that more Pb^2+and Cd^2+accumulated in roots than in leaves.The accumulation ability to Pb^2+and Cd^2+of Festuca elatawas was the best,followed by the two species combination.
