摘要
电力电缆材料表面破损修复困难,严重影响了电力系统的安全稳定运行。针对此问题,制备一种具有自愈合行为的智能电缆护套材料。该材料基于主-客体分子间的包合作用,以Poly-CD为主体分子,HEMA-Ad为带双键的客体分子,以单取代的HEA为柔性单体,在催化作用下聚合得到。通过对材料性能进行表征测试,结果表明:主体分子和客体分子间能成功包合,形成稳定的包合物,在材料破损后伤口的自愈合率接近100%;材料具有良好的机械性能(包括力学强度和断裂伸长率),交联剂摩尔浓度为1.5%时机械性能最合适;材料的热稳定性能和绝缘性能良好(可以承受250℃高温,体积电阻率高达1.44?109??m),且自愈合后材料的机械性能可恢复80%,绝缘性能几乎完全恢复。
In order to solve the surface damage of power cable material, a smart cable sheathing material with self-healing behavior was prepared. This material(Poly-CD-PHEA) is based on the cooperation between host-guest molecules, with Poly-CD as the host molecule, HEMA-Ad as the guest molecule, single-substituted HEA as the flexible monomer, which is polymerized under the catalyst. The test results of this material show that the host molecule Poly-CD and the guest molecule HEMA-Ad were synthesized successfully to form a stable inclusion complex. The self-healing rate of the wound is close to 100% after the material is damaged. This material has good mechanical properties(including breaking strength and elongation at break), and the mechanical properties are most suitable when the crosslinker’s mole concentration is 1.5%. The thermal stability and insulation properties of the material are good(it can withstand high temperatures of 250℃ and the volume resistivity is as high as 1.44 ? 109??m), and the mechanical properties of the material can be restored by 80% after self-healing. Moreover, the insulation performance is almost completely restored.
