摘要
文章针对高校人才培养方案中课程体系、课程实践、工程实践环节缺失评价反馈,导致学生创新力不高、竞争力不强的问题,结合船舶导航领域高层次人才需求,探索并实践"强化基础→实践创新→特色创新"的人才培养模式。通过以评促建,线上线下联合教学,行业牵引、特色科研驱动等策略,开展了基于多重评价反馈的行业创新人才培养模式的探索与实践。
In order to solve the absence of evaluation feedback in a course system,course practice and industry practice,which brings about the college students' innovation ability dificiencies and weak competitive power,we create and practice a talents training pattern-to strengthen the students'foundation,their practice innovation and characteristics innovation,thus meeting the demand of high-level talents in ship navigation industry.We also explore and practice a talent training system called MEFS(multilevel evaluative feedback system),which contains a series of strategies,such as promoting development by evaluation,online and offline combine education system,industry guided,and distinctive research programs driven.
