摘要
党的十八大要求“以服务群众、做群众工作为主要任务,加强基层服务型党组织建设”。党的十九大进一步明确了基层党组织要建设成为“坚强战斗堡垒”,充分体现全心全意为人民服务的宗旨。近年来高校附属医院围绕如何建设服务型党组织进行了一系列研究和实践探索。本文梳理高校附属医院服务型党组织的内涵特征,剖析其在开创习近平新时代中国特色社会主义卫生事业新格局中具有的战略引领意义,明确其理论创新和应用价值,丰富了高校医院基层党组织建设的新途径、新机制。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China required the Party members to take wServing the people and doing people*s workM as the main task,and strengthen the construction of grassroots service-oriented Party organizations.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China further clarified that grass-roots Party organizations should be“strong battle fortresses”and fully embody the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly.In recent years,affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities have conducted a series of researches and explorations on how to build a service-oriented party organization.The connotation and characteristics of service-oriented Party organizations in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities was studied.And the strategic leading significance in creating a new pattern of socialist health career with Chinese characteristics in the new era was explored.Based on which,their theoretical innovation and application value was clarified to enrich the new approaches and mechanisms for the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities.
