摘要
目的探讨更年期多学科团队协作(MDT)门诊中护士的工作内容,以便更好地总结护理工作,提高护理工作质量。方法采用质性研究中个案研究的方法,在2018年6月—2019年8月选取首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院更年期MDT门诊团队相关人员10名,就更年期MDT门诊护士工作内容进行访谈,以个性化深入访谈法结合观察法收集资料,运用内容分析法分析资料。结果资料分析得出5个主题:MDT门诊工作流程管理、联合多学科进行全面评估和诊断、开展更年期知识患者教育讲座、制订和实施个体化延续护理方案、参与MDT宣传促进团队发展。结论护士在更年期MDT门诊工作中进行有效的流程管理、全方面健康评估、更年期知识健康教育、制订和实施个性化延续护理方案以及对MDT的宣传、教学、科研工作的参与,使MDT门诊流程简捷高效,患者的健康知识增加,就医依从性和满意度提高。
Objective To explore the work content of nurses in menopause multidisciplinary outpatient team so as to summarize the nursing work well and improve the quality of nursing work.Methods This study used case study of qualitative research.From June 2018 to August 2019,we selected 10 relevant personnel in Menopause Multidisciplinary Teamwork(MDT)Outpatient Department at Beijing Shijitan Hospital of Capital Medical University to interview MDT outpatient nurses about the work content.Data were collected with the method of personalized depth interview and observation,and data were analyzed with the method of content analysis.Results A total of 5 themes were extracted by analyzing data including the MDT outpatient work flow management,comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis by interdisciplinary,menopause knowledge education for patients,formulating and implementing the plan of individualized continuous nursing as well as participating in MDT publicity,promotion and team development.Conclusions Nurses take part in effective flow management,comprehensive health evaluation,enriching menopause knowledge education,formulating and implementing the plan of individualized continuous nursing as well as MDT publicity,teaching and research in MDT outpatient work to make MDT outpatient flow simple and efficient,improve patients'health knowledge,medical compliance and satisfaction.
