摘要
目的探讨放松训练联合心理干预对手术麻醉患者的应激反应、负面情绪的影响。方法将2017年1月~2018年6月期间来我院就诊的117例手术麻醉患者随机分为对照组58例及观察组59例,两组患者均给予常规围术期干预,对照组患者增加心理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上应用放松训练,观察患者术后相关指标、手术前后焦虑抑郁情绪变化、免疫功能、睡眠质量及血压心率变化,并对比术后生活质量。结果两组患者手术时间、麻醉苏醒时间、术中出血量及手术成功率无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组心率、舒张压、收缩压、CD8+水平及AIS、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,CD3+、CD4+水平及QLQ-c30评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论放松训练联合心理干预能够有效改善手术麻醉患者负面情绪、免疫功能及应激反应,提升睡眠质量及术后生活质量。
Objective To analyze the stress response and negative emotion changes in patients with surgical anesthesia after relaxation training combined with psychological intervention.Methods A total of 117 surgical anesthesia patients who came to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the randomized parallel control method,58 patients in the control group and 59 patients in the observation group,all patients were given routine perioperative intervention.The control group was given psychological intervention.The observation group used relaxation training on the basis of the control group.The postoperative related indexes,anxiety and depression changes before and after surgery,immune function,sleep quality and blood pressure heart rate were observed,and the postoperative quality of life was compared.Results There were no significant differences in operation time,anesthesia recovery time,intraoperative blood loss and operation success between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,CD8+level and the scores of AISSAS and SDS in the observation group were blow than those in the control group,CD3+,CD4+levels and QLQ-c30 scores were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Relaxation training combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve the negative emotion,immune function and stress response of patients with surgical anesthesia,improve sleep quality and postoperative quality of life.
