摘要
目的了解眉山市洪雅县老年人不良行为生活方式的流行现状并探索相关影响因素。方法2018-08/10,采用多阶段整群随机抽样,对洪雅县15个乡镇60岁及以上常住居民进行调查,包括问卷调查和体格检查,共计纳入5079名60岁及以上老年人,并计算现在吸烟率、经常饮酒率、身体活动不足率和肥胖率,采用非条件Logistic回归进行多因素分析。结果洪雅县老年人现在吸烟率、经常饮酒率、身体活动不足率和肥胖率分别为27.1%、7.5%、38.6%和6.9%。经多因素分析显示,初中文化(文盲为参照,OR=1.620,95%CI:1.237~2.120)是现在吸烟的危险因素,农民职业(非农民为参照,OR=1.683,95%CI:1.342~2.112)是现在吸烟的危险因素;初中文化(文盲为参照,OR=1.863,95%CI:1.280~2.712)是经常饮酒的危险因素;高龄(70~79岁:OR=1.216,95%CI:1.074~1.378;≥80岁:OR=1.811,95%CI:1.508~2.176)是身体活动不足的危险因素,农民(OR=2.348,95%CI:1.937~2.848)是身体活动不足的危险因素;女性是发生肥胖的危险因素(OR=1.654,95%CI:1.321~2.072)。结论洪雅县老年人不良行为生活方式普遍存在,应加强老年人健康危险行为干预。
Objective To examine the prevalence and influencing factors of unhealthy behaviors and lifestyle among the elderly in Hongya county of Meishan city.Methods A multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 5079 residents aged≥60 years in 15 towns of Hongya county.Participants were surveyed by means of questionnaire investigation and physical examination during 2018,August and 2018 October.The prevalence rates of current smoking,frequent drinking,physical inactivity and obesity were calculated.Non-conditional logistic regression models were adopted to explore the influencing factors of those unhealthy behaviors and lifestyles.Results The prevalence rates of current smoking,frequent drinking,physical inactivity,obesity was 27.1%,7.5%,38.6%,6.9%,respectively.Logistic regression analyses showed that farmer(OR=1.683,95%CI:1.342~2.112)and middle school education(illiteracy as reference,OR=1.620,95%CI:1.237~2.120)were risk factors for current smoking;middle school education(illiteracy as reference,OR=1.863,95%CI:1.280~2.712)was risk factor of frequent drinking;aged elderly≥70 years(70-79 years:OR=1.216,95%CI:1.074~1.378;≥80 years:OR=1.811,95%CI:1.508~2.176)and farmer(OR=2.348,95%CI:1.937~2.848)were risk factors of physical inactivity;female(OR=1.654,95%CI:1.321~2.072)was risk factor of obesity among the elderly.Conclusion Unhealthy behaviors and lifestyles are prevalent among the elderly in Hongya county.Comprehensive interventions on health risk behaviors targeted at the elderly should be strengthened.
