摘要
目的:分析清营汤加减对髋关节置换术后患者发热及关节肿胀的影响。方法:选取2016年01月~2018年01月我院收治的110例择期行髋关节置换术后患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=55)和观察组(n=55),对照组术后采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予清营汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为87.27%,显著高于对照组的67.27%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组皮肤瘀斑、皮肤发红、发热及关节肿胀积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的高切全血黏度、中切全血黏度、低切全血黏度及血浆黏度水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总不良反应发生率为5.45%,显著低于对照组的18.18%(P<0.05)。结论:清营汤加减治疗髋关节置换术后发热及关节肿胀的疗效显著,能够有效的改善血液流变学水平,且安全性较高,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Qingying Decoction on fever and joint swelling for patients after hip replacement. Methods:110 patients undergoing hip replacement in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were select as the object, they were divided into controlled group(n=55) and observation group(n=55) by random number method. The controlled group was given routine treatment after operation, the observation group was given Qingying Decoction on the basis of the controlled group. The clinical efficacy after treatment was compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 87.27%, significantly higher than that of the controlled group(67.27%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of skin ecchymosis, skin redness, fever and joint swelling in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of high-cut whole blood viscosity, the mid-cut whole blood viscosity, low-cut whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group(P<0.05). The total adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 5.45%, significantly lower than that(18.18%) in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Qingying Decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of fever and joint swelling after hip replacement. It can effectively improve the level of hemorheology and is safe. It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
