摘要
目的测定40个不同产地枸杞子中多糖的含量,以枸杞多糖为指标评价不同产地枸杞子的质量。方法采用回流提取法提取枸杞子中的枸杞多糖;用苯酚硫酸法,在490 nm处测定吸光度,计算枸杞子中枸杞多糖的含量;将相似地理概况样地以2个经度和纬度构建产区单元,结合产地信息分析其差异性。结果同一产区不同产地间枸杞子多糖的含量接近;7个产区枸杞多糖的含量为Ⅶ>Ⅴ>Ⅱ>Ⅵ>Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ,其中,Ⅶ产区青海德令哈和都兰县诺木洪产枸杞子中枸杞多糖的含量最高。结论枸杞多糖的富集可能受地理环境、气候因素影响较大。7个不同产区间枸杞子中多糖含量的平均值相差较大,产区内含量较为接近;青海产区海拔最高,日照时间最长,温差最大,枸杞多糖的含量最高,与其处于同一纬度的河北产区含量最低;所有产区枸杞多糖的含量大致呈现出同一纬度带海拔较高的产区多糖含量较高的趋势。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the quality of Lycii Fructus(LF)from 40 different places by determining the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide(LBP).METHODS The LBP was extracted by reflux extraction and determined by phenol sulfuric acid method at 490 nm with UV-vis spectrophotometer.The producing area units of similar geographical situation were constructed with 2 longitude and latitude,and their differences were analyzed by combining the producing area information.RESULTS In the different places of same regions,the content of LBP were closed,while in the different regions the content of LBP were quite different.The order of content of LBP was:Ⅶ>Ⅴ>Ⅱ>Ⅵ>Ⅳ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ,among which LF from Qinghai was the highest.CONCLUSION The enrichment of LBP is influenced by geographical environment,climate and other factors.The mean values of LBP in 7 different producing areas were different,and contents in the same producing areas were similar.Qinghai has the highest elevation,the longest sunshine time and the largest temperature difference,so the content LBP is the highest.On the contrary,the LF produced in Hebei is the lowest.In the regions with higher elevations in the same latitude,the content of LBP showed more higher than all other the regions.
