摘要
目的探讨开窗负压吸引术应用于颌骨囊肿治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年2月~2016年2月我院收治的40例颌骨囊肿患者作为研究对象,依据手术方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组患者采取颌骨囊肿刮治术进行治疗,观察组患者采取开窗负压吸引术进行治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛麻木发生率、术后感染发生率以及术后3年内疾病复发率。结果观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后疼痛麻木、感染发生率低于对照组,观察组患者的术后3年内疾病复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开窗负压吸引术治疗颌骨囊肿操作简便,效果可靠,创伤小,出血量少,术后并发症少且复发率低,效果明显优于颌骨囊肿刮治术,值得临床使用推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of fenestration negative pressure suction in the treatment of jaw cyst.Methods Forty patients with jaw cyst admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to different surgical plans,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by curettage of jaw cyst,while patients in the observation group were treated by fenestration negative pressure suction.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of postoperative pain and numbness,incidence of postoperative infection and relapse rate within 3 years after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of intraoperative hemorrhage was less than that of the control group,the incidence rate of postoperative pain numbness and infection were lower than those of the control group,and the relapse rate of the patients in the observation group within 3 years after operation was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fenestration negative pressure suction is a simple,reliable,less traumatic,less bleeding,less postoperative complications and low relapse rate treatment of jaw cyst,and the effect is obviously superior to jaw cyst curettage and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
