摘要
现代大学书院不只是师生住宿的生活空间,更是集文化、教育实践功能于一体的复合空间,是高校学院制的一种有力补充。秉承高等教育的发展目标,现代大学书院要基于“三全育人”的理念,充分发挥“导师制”“社区化”以及“通识教育”的教育教学优势,从“充足的人员”“鼓励性政策”“灵活的经费使用”“必修的通识课程”“专属的书院精神”等方面入手不断提高人才培养质量。
The modern university academy is not only a living space for teachers and students to live in,but also a compound space integrating cultural and educational practice functions,and a powerful supplement to the college system.Adherence to the development goal of higher education,the modern university academy is based on the idea of“full staff education,whole process education and all-around education,”gives full play to the education teaching advantage of“tutorial system,”“communitization”and“general education.”It constantly improves the quality of personnel training from“sufficient personnel,”“encouraging policy,”“flexible spending”and“compulsory”curriculum and the spirit of being“exclusive.”
