摘要
型腔腹板类零件大量应用于飞机设计和飞机制造领域。根据型腔腹板类零件的结构特点,分析研究此类零件的工艺性,提出了一种基于广义槽层切法的新型数控铣削加工工艺方案。针对具体零件结构,对具有典型结构的腹板类零件的加工工艺方案进行优化,包括筋顶精加工、超薄筋条精加工、薄腹板精加工以及转角精加工的加工策略和刀轨优化。该加工工艺方案的提出将有效提高型腔腹板类零件数控铣削加工的加工工艺质量,提升产品合格率,提高生产效率。
Cavity web parts are widely used in aircraft design and aircraft manufacturing.According to the structural characteristics of cavity web parts,the processability of such parts is analyzed and studied.A new numerical control milling processing scheme based on generalized slot layer cutting method is proposed.The machining process plan for web parts with typical structure is optimized for specific part structure ineluding rib top finishing,ultra-thin rib finishing,thin web finishing and corner finishing machining strategy and tool path optimization.The proposed processing scheme will effectively improve the processing quality of the CNC milling processing of the cavity web parts product qualification rate and production efficiency.
