摘要
新能源大量入网,对配电网故障停电恢复产生了重大影响,忽略了新能源容易导致转供电失败的情况。对故障停电恢复过程进行研究,考虑故障时新能源脱网引起的转供负荷变化,对负荷进行校正,提出了考虑新能源故障停电恢复预案生成新方法,提高了停电恢复预案自动生成实用化水平。
A large number of new energy into the network has a significant impact on the restoration of power failure in the distribution network,ignoring the situation that new energy is easy to lead to the failure of power supply.This paper studies the process of power failure recovery,considers the load change caused by new energy off grid,corrects the load,and puts forward a new method of generating power failure recovery plan considering new energy,which improves the practical level of automatic generation of power failure recovery plan.
